Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) dosing and reaction conditions in bleaching operations.
- Ensure all H₂O₂ storage, handling, and usage protocols comply with chemical safety and environmental regulations.
- Investigate process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date P&IDs, MSDS, SOPs, and process documentation for the H₂O₂ system.
- Participate in CAPEX and process improvement projects related to bleaching and peroxide applications.
