Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement hydraulic systems for plant operations, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for hydraulic systems and components to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Continuously monitor the performance of hydraulic systems and make adjustments to improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and extend equipment life.
- Provide training to operators and maintenance teams on hydraulic system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
- Ensure all hydraulic systems comply with relevant safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Work closely with mechanical engineers, maintenance teams, and production teams to coordinate the maintenance and optimization of hydraulic systems.
